you must make a public
and acceptable apology

NEVER DO IT AGAIN"

does not make the cut

If your are banned
we do need your account name
we do need your In-Game Name
Once we have your in-game name
we will have all the info we need.

If you feel like the unban was
taken wrongly
you have the right to ask for proof
